Opened in April 1999, the Jónar Transport office in Holland is the companys oldest facility of its kind outside Iceland, and provides clients with a comprehensive range of consolidation container services to and from southern Europe, mainland Europe, the Far East, South America and South Africa.
The Jónar Transport network in Europe and the Far East is based on close cooperation with a tried and trusted group of agents, who ensure that consignments are synchronised to connect with the companys scheduled weekly sailings between Rotterdam and Iceland.
The offices location in the heart of Rotterdams harbour area, Europes largest container port, allows for a high degree of flexibility and provides it with the ability to meet even the tightest schedules.
